Our Manufacturing Process
Step 1 : BATCHING
4 Bin Automated Batching system is in place to weigh each Raw Materials with accuracy at every stage.
Step 2 : MIXER:
In our machines planetary mixer of SICOMA (made in Italy) which is a well-known and the best brand and is carrying a well-known reputation in the market. PLC and SCADA control of well-known brand “SIEMENS”.
Step 3 : Storage Silo for Fly ash:
To ensure the best quality fly ash mixed in the mixer we have installed 100MT fly ash storage silo which delivers fly ash with all pozzolana reaction directly in the mixer.
Step 4 : Steam Curing Process:
We adopt Steam Curing process for curing of materials after casting, which is the best solution for curing of concrete in any weather condition for rapid hardening.
- High Early age strength is achieved.
- No Efflorescence, better sulfate resistance
- Less drying shrinkage value & less creep
- Strength gained in 24 hours is equal to 7 days.
Step 5 : Laboratory
Strict Quality Control is carried out by our Quality Lab, Which continuously monitors raw materials & finished products.
